I think that incorporating both strength and softness into my daily life can take me back to rereading your previous newsletters when you go over balance. For me, strength and softness mean that I’m going to be assertive and protective of my own self and boundaries, but I’m also going to make sure I’m nurturing my own emotional well being and my relationships with my loved ones. Finding this balance is a journey, for sure.

I read in your newsletter this week “Embracing our vulnerabilities and leading with compassion can be just as powerful as holding our ground”. I think this should be applied everywhere, especially in our relationship with ourselves. This week I’m going to remember to lead with compassion towards myself.
