Learning to adapt, to be flexible like the branches of the willow or the blades of grass is definitely a JOURNEY. I’ve been learning to acknowledge my emotions without judgment and that has been very hard. The world around me has taught to me that some emotions are not to be felt or expressed, so I’m taking time to reflect on that and realize that emotions are okay. The positivity and negativity of emotions is given by the, power, meaning, or attachment I give it. So, doing what you suggested and taking a moment to reflect without judgment is something I need to continue to practice. Like you said.. “consistency”.. it’s very important.
This week I’m learning to trust the process and trust the journey. I’m also learning to nurture relationships by trying to be more empathetic. By doing all of this I feel I’m going to gain more compassion for myself and others, as well as become more connected with my emotions.
Thank you so much for your feedback and consistent support! I want to acknowledge all small wins as this is the start of my community. I appreciate you for always sharing your journey with us. It’s truly amazing when we are able to reconnect with nature and see the growth within ourselves.
Thank you for your podcast this week.
“Understand where you are and accept that.”
